We ship worldwide.
All products have individual processing and shipping times listed in their product descriptions. Please make sure to check the specific details on each product page before placing your order. Delivery and product manufacturing times may be longer during peak times, such as on and around holidays. The manufacturing times are also listed in the product descriptions in connection with the shipping information.
Estimated shipping times shown on product pages typically indicate when the package is expected to arrive in your country. After that, your local postal service is responsible for the final delivery to your address.

Digital Products
All digital products (including downloadable journals, cards, and bundles) are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a file has been delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)
We accept returns on most physical items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Socks
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Downloadable produckts
These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
